Then 4 setsx25 BW rows with suspension straps for 8x10 mixed scare crows in with this Assited pullups with green band 4x10 5/16 -Activations -300 two hand swings -15 mins stepmill 5/15 -15 mins stepmill -activations and plank/side plank work 3 rounds -bench 3x5,3x4,3x3 -closer grip burnout sets 2x many -Seated rows 5x20
