6/5 15 mins stepmill Activations and side plank work 6 rounds of side Tsunami bar chest pull, underhand rows and straight arm pulldowns 12 sets Fat bar bench Several sets working up to a 315 single and a couple of down sets Bell incline press 3x12 Shoulder Rok 3x 10ish per side 6/4 Walked 2 miles, no sled, just a walk 6/3 Went to Biltmore and spent the day kayaking(well pretty much drifting) and did the house tour. Got alittle sun but coated up well before going out 6/2 Activations and plank/bird dog work. Alternated a activation with a plank, activation with a bird dog, etc Fat bar press lots of sets and reps Snatch Test 20kg 50 per arm. Round 5 mins Reverse Hypers 3x12 6/6 Been about a year since I started chemo and radiation for the neck cancer. I was about 3 weeks into radiation treatment this time last year. Today was my 4th checkup being clear so a good day. I forget these things sometimes and have to take a step back and be very thankful for all I have and the great people around me all the time. I get caught up in the hustle of life not realizing what a joy it is to be alive. So I am very thankful and happy to be around another year and mostly thankful for the wonderful people in life to enjoy it with. Also the great wife, Susan, who I have come to realize is the Great Cultivator of Happiness and Sunshine. I believe this is her one true calling. Spud
