Switching to four days a week been playing around with some different equipment, things are going well here is todays training (Giant Set 3 times--Deadlift Hypers x 5, GHR x6, Leg Curls toes pointed in to failure) This Was brutal Safety Squats 4 x 5 (progressively added weights) 6 minutes 1 leg ext, slow muscle intention style, 20 sec each leg alternating never let the stack touch Check this out some clients huge lifts this weekend but this is a definite highlight Rob Hall going 2177, 140 pound total PR (RAW) Here are some lifts 804 Squat
