I enjoyed my break. It was a nice change of pace. I'm not fully healed (back), but it's come a long way and I feel much better. I was at Wendler's for 6 days and we trained 4 times. Day 1

- Fat Bar Bench: Worked up to 125x5
- FBB FSL: 5x10@105
- KB Swing: 2x10/KB Squat: 2x10
- Trap Bar: 330x5
- FSL: 50 reps @240
- Push-ups: 50 reps
- Hang Clean: 7x3@95
- Push-ups: 25 reps
- FBB Bench: 2x5@95/2x5@105/115x5, FSL: 5x5@95
