I came in on Sunday and started my "new" plan. The 17 day hiatus from lifting was needed. The nerve in my back is still bad, but the rest of my body feels great.
- SSB Box Squat: 155x5/175x5/205x5/225x5/245x5
- Push-ups: 5x10
- DB Incline: 5x10 w/30's
- T-Bar: 5x10 w/ 3 plates
- Side Raises: 5x10
- DB Curls: 5x10
- SSB Shrug: 5x5
- Pull-aparts: 50
