Here was Thursday this was one of the most satisfying sessions I have ever done! All exercises done in a giant set set fashion (8 rounds move exercise to exercise as fast as possible) Dumbbell Fly---chest supported row---dumbbell tribute ext Wheel Barrow--Step up Sandbag--high Box step Lateral Raise--ladder drills best shape I have been in a long long time! Yesterday hour on mitts with my sons boxing coach!!!
