Training has been consistent and good Yesterday Steps ups 6 sets of 3 Dips 1 and 1/4 Reps x 6 x 5 sets Lat Pulldowns 5 sets of 15 Today Hills Sprints Walk down run up at 85%, did this for 200 minutes then random playground stuff at trampoline park with my kids Awesome forearm workout here, will post two more
