I woke up Monday feeling like death. Usually, as I moved around more my body would loosen up and I'd feel good enough to get my lift in. Not Monday. It was time for a break. I did nothing active on Monday and it paid off. I woke up Tuesday feeling much better and back to the routine of feeling better and better as the day went on. Workout 9
