Had a wonderful time this weekend at the USPA Iron Cup, held at

I3 Strength & Performance! Congrats to all the lifters who competed this weekend! Successful powerlifting meet Saturday followed by a full house for Sunday's training! Lots of big squats! Everyone is on point for the next meet. DM me for more information on training! I look forward to seeing y'all next year!
