Tuesday I did a 1 mile walk with 10 Stadiums.

  • Bench: 80/90/100/110/120/130x5
  • Hammer Row: 5x10
  • BBB: 3x10@110
  • 1/4 mile backwards sled drag
My shoulder started to hurt so I cut my BBB work down to 3 sets. The sled wasn't terrible. I don't feel as badly as I thought I would. I think I need to do it for 1/2 MILE and/or add another plate (I used 2). Either way, I had a good workout and I'm slowly making progress. I finish this cycle Friday. I'll continue to slowly increase my Bench weights, but I'm considering keeping my BBB work at the same weight for 3 weeks instead of increasing it in unison with my main work. I think if it was a little lighter my shoulder may have felt better? Right now I think just getting in work is best for it. If I can continue to increase my weights each week I'm improving. Then the BBB work is just complimentary to it. Whatever I decide, I'm pretty happy with things. Wish the weights were heavier, but I'm training. It beats the alternative.
