After dealing with my truck for 2 days it was nice to get back in the gym. For whatever reason I decided to try and deadlift from the floor instead of off a 3" pad. I was hoping it wouldn't bother my back and it didn't. I may readjust my training max so I can ease into the extra range of motion. I had such good success with the deadlift by being smart. No reason this trend shouldn't continue.
