I've been at it pretty hard. I've been playing around a little bit - doing things in different order, doing timed sets... kind of doing what I feel like at the time. I decided for some reason to actually set up numbers instead of just following my set progressions. Not sure where I'm going with this, but it'll be nice to actually have to pay attention to the weights I load on the bar again. Sounds like a small thing, but it's some variety in an otherwise monotonous program.
- SSB Box Squat: 175x5/200x5/225x5, FSL: 50 reps at 175
- KB Row: 5x10 w/70lbs
- Dips: 5x10
