This was a good week. I'm making slow progress, but progress nonetheless. I have 1 more week of Squatting and then Deadlifting (2 weeks of training) and I'll be able to increase my training numbers for my Squat, Bench and Deadlift. Incline is a little behind because i just started using it again. This will be my first time increasing Squat and Bench, though, o I'm very happy about that. In case you wondering, my rule is when I get 10 reps at my top weights each week I can increase my training weights.
  • DB Curls: 2x15
