I began the ride to the gym top down, as usual, with some good tunes blasting! The plan is that I have to get better and I can't do that by doing the same doggone thing every week. I need reps, I need volume, I do NOT need to get beat up or stressed out over not making visual progress on the classic snatch or clean and jerk. So this is Week 2 of the program outline that Matt Ladewski sent me so I'm working the program. Hang Snatch 6 sets of 2 with 30 seconds rest between sets 60 kg x 2 x 6 sets 70 x 1 80 x 1, PR
Hang Clean 50 x 3 55 x 3 60 x 3 65 x 3 70 x 3 75 x 3 80 x 1 85 x 1 PR
Good Morning Squat worked up to a max 5 with 167.5 kg, PR Viking Good Morning Front Squat worked up to a max 3 with 145 kg, PR
