Life humbles you as you age. One thing I realize is how much time I've wasted on nonsense, like trying to hold onto the old things instead of focusing on ways of making the new better based on the old things.   Moving quickly between exercises and minimal rest intervals between sets can bring about a nice conditioning element to a workout. This by no means do I mean to forgo technique or the quality of each exercise. But when strung together the result is brutal. The key to not feeling the delayed onset of muscle soreness is to maintain a level of mobility through out the day, the proper rest at the night time and to hydrate and FEED the muscles.   Today's Training: Squat Split Squat Squat Rear Stepping Lunge Box Jump
