Everything is on point! Yesterday had a very long day started at 4 Am and finished at 9 PM, with a break to take my kids to lunch and train Training (Between Each Set, did a boxing line drill, I was strapped on time this was like a killer interval session by default) -4 sets of 3 each leg lunges -3 sets of side to side neck machine -3 sets of 6 Hise Shrugs on Calf Raise -4 sets of 5 GHR Here is a video I made of lifts of a few clients over 40, these were all done in a 24 hour period https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1OUZwr6fi4U These guys are hitting life time bests, NOW--not because suits all RAW!!! Be inspired, age is more than # but not a barrier to hit your all-time bests!
