Every December I rotate into a hypertrophy/endurance phase of training for my people and myself. We have been force feeding muscles a ton of blood and dousing the gym floor with gallons of sweat. Normally, the average weight gain during this time of year is ridiculous. With the Chinese Virus, however the numbers are a bit off this year, but rather than take it for granted, I still HAMMER the heck out of those calories. After yesterday's squat session, the people coming in today were NOT TOO Psyched to see "Super Legs". Yea, the "Harry Shuffle" will be in full demonstration this weekend. Needless to say, separate your feet shoulder width apart. Get up on your toes and drop your heels to floor three times fast! Once you have done that you should have sufficiently shaken the sand from the vag and be good to go!   Today's Training: AirDyne: 22 mins Meridian Exercises Super Legs 5 rounds of 20 reps with the following body weight exercises NON STOP: 1.Squat 2. Split Squat 3. Squat 4. Rear Stepping Lunge 5. Squat with momentum onto toes 6. Jump Lunge 7. Jump Squat   Bike Commute: 28 mins. AirDyne: 25 mins Meridian Exercises
