Here’s one of my cats. I have four and can’t tell three of them apart, but I do know this one as it doesn’t look like the other barn cats. He’s different from the rest and only comes in to eat. He stays outside to hunt mice, birds, snakes and whatever else he finds. If he’s gone for a couple of days I know he’s done well. If he back that day, I know the hunt didn’t go well. No matter, he goes right back out after he eats.
I have another cat who never leaves the bedroom (ever). We have a cat box and food in there. This cat will bite, hiss and be a loudmouth pain in the ass. Meanwhile - she sleeps, eats and shits for free. What kind of cat are you? One who hunts and works for it, or one who bites, bitches and hisses until you get what you want? Cats are stupid, right? Well, I see humans do both of these each day and I know for a fact that you reap what you sow.
