Yessica Martinez is a Qualified National Strongman and will be competing in Nationals this coming October to qualify for Arnold 2016.

She has changed up her training to get stronger at her events. On this particular day of training, she incorporated speed/dynamic work, event work with event supplements, accessories, and conditioning.

El Gordo Fat Bar incline bench for her speed work against EliteFTS™

Pro Mirco Resistance Bands. You notice she is also wearing

Wrist Wraps to stabilize her wrists so she can concentrate on her speed off her chest.

She then does her event training featuring heavy
