Definition: Setup in a GHR, Back Extension or Roman Chair. Extend hips and lock into place close to parallel to the floor. Perform barbell rows. Torso length (moment arm) and load will determine difficulty.
Benefits: L-spine endurance with huge upper back engagement. Great combination exercise to blast through some barriers in your training.
