Start with the two bars at shoulder level. Grab the collar end of the bar and press straight overhead. Slowly return the bars to your shoulder. Repeat for 5-10 reps.

I like this overhead exercise because as you press the bar up, the bar moves slightly forward, rather than directly overhead. So if you have shoulder problems, this might be a good alternative for you by placing less stress on the shoulder.
