It is not often that we run across a movement that is Pure Gold. This one fits this description. As dumb as it seems it is great for many reasons.

1. Shoulder Stability

2. Pec - Delt Tie in

3. Low End Bench Strength

4. Upper Pec Development

Set Up

You will need two single D handles, two mini bands, and two kettlebells.

Attach the handles to the Kettbell Bells using the bands (fold them over twice).

Execution

Using a controlled tempo press the handles (with bells) as you would a normal Incline Dumbbell Press. You will find the bands make this much more challenging causing you to stay tighter than you would with regular dumbbells.
