Exercise Name: Decline Tricep Extensions
Muscles Targeted: Hand flexors, Wrist Flexors / Extensors, Triceps Brachii (Lateral, Medial, and Long heads)
Setup & Execution: Exercise should be done by grabbing Olympics plates or dumbbells while on a decline bench. Hands are kept neutral and elbows facing the ceiling.
