John Meadows takes you through a Front Squat Extended Set during one of his "Mountain Dog" training sessions. After finishing a set of Front Squats, Johns racks the bar and goes immediately to a set of back squats with the same weight. This method can be used as a modified drop set, as a way to pre-exhaust the quads, or to simply continue a squat set after shoulder fatigue.
