This is an excellent exercise to develop your low back, glutes and hamstrings. Begin by stepping on a band with both feet. Make sure that the band is centered underneath your shoes. Place the other end around your neck. Keeping your legs straight (do not hyperextend them) and your glutes and hips back, raise out of the bottom and hold for a second at the top. This is a great exercise to do as an extra workout to help bring up a weak point and for restoration.
