This is a different movement that many have not used before. It does require a little set up but is a welcome variation.

To do this, set up an incline bench between two cable stacks. Set the pulley so that it is at the lowest setting. Attach two handles to the low pulleys; these can be a single D handle or something similar. With the aid of a training partner, grab each handle and sit on the bench. From this position, press up like you normally would on an incline.

This is best used as a 3rd or 4th exercise of the day and for high reps (10-20). This is not a max effort exercise, so leave your ego at the door.
