KB Flys with Bands

This exercise is pretty simple, despite the name. The movement is the same as any standard fly, except you are holding kettlebells. The only difference is you have a band around the back and it is held in each hand. This will increase the amount of resistance at the top of the movement. With most fly movements done with free weights, the top of the movement has little-to-no resistance.

This is where you can really squeeze your pecs and wonder why you aren't doing a really good exercise like the floor press.
