Matt Kroc performing an intense up and down set on leg press. The weight started at around 500lbs, went up to around 1000lbs and then came back down to the same weight that he started at with 5 reps performed at each weight to equal 55 total reps. This forces a ton of blood into the muscle and will help with adding size. The weight is never racked after starting until completely finished.

"The up and down set feels a lot more brutal than it looks lol. You do 5 reps at each weight and hold the weight at lockout while your partner changes plates. You go up a plate at a time until you can't get 5 reps and then come all the way back down to where you started." - Matt Kroc
