Perform the plank by holding yourself on your elbows and toes, keeping your body in a straight line. Pick up your right arm and extend it out in front of you. Be sure to keep your body in a straight line as your body will begin to tilt. Hold for a second or two and return your arm back to the ground. Pick up the other arm and continue alternating arms until you have reached the desired number of reps or time.
