Another John Meadows specialty. This is a rear delt exercise that will absolutely crush you. As you can see, the reps are high, the weight is heavy, and the results are evident. The hang and swing is an exercise John was introduced to by an old training partner back in the day. They're still part of his arsenal, which tells you something about their effectiveness. It's essentially a rear delt raise, but with plenty of swing. These can also be done standing, bent over, lying on a bench, or however else you can imagine.
