Elitefts™ Pro Powerlifter Julia Ladewski performs a reverse band deadlift using the Elitefts™

Pro Short Light Bands. The reverse band deadlift is an excellent way to address lockout issues due to the accommodating resistance the bands provide. The farther the band is stretched, the more they will assist the lifter. In this case, the band accommodates in a manner that coincides with the lifters strength curve.

Using the short pro bands in conjunction with straps can ease set-up issues and add more flexibility when adjusting accommodating resistance and and the lightening method when performing the traditional lifts.
