The rotator bar has a reverse angle to the ends making it an excellent choose for targeting the muscles of the lats and rotator cuff.

All you do here is grab the bar by the ends (on the reverse bend) and pull down to your upper chest. As you pull make sure to place the focus on your traps and rear delts. This is the same movement as a lat pulldown, but with a different bar.
