He has accomplished what very few have ever done before... Josh McMillan went from being a professional powerlifter to an elite bodybuilder, placing first in the Heavy Weight bodybuilding class in his first show. To put it simply, he's just awesome. Thus, although his name is certainly one to celebrate every day of the year, today we are kicking it up a notch because... trumpets sound!... today is his birthday!

With Great Programming Comes Great Progress

Triceps and Back = Big Bench

If there is anyone who knows how to increase triceps strength and nail a lockout... it's this guy. I mean, have you seen his triceps?!
