In a video uploaded to his personal YouTube Friday, Russian weightlifting icon Dmitry Klokov digs deep into the life and training of fellow lifter Mikahil Koklyaev.

Klokov, known originally from his success as a 105-kilogram competitor in weightlifting, has gained a mass following through the last several years. This is largely due to his

very active YouTube channel and

impressive physique as a non-bodybuilding lifter (

until last week).

Koklyaev, likewise, found his start in competitive weightlifting, winning national championships twice before transitioning into his prolific strongman career. He is a seven-time Strongman Champions League winner and has competed in the World's Strongest Man Finals three times (finishing with a career-best third place in 2010).
