Knowledge is a good thing. Getting knowledge from know-nothing noobs on the internet is not a good thing.

Steve Pulcinella's got a message for all young lifters that are just starting out: stay away from internet experts. There is an endless cycle of noob-tells-noob information exchange in which one person that knows nothing tells another person that knows nothing how to do something. The end result? No one gets any better, and everyone looks stupid. Remember, you cannot give advice if you don't know shit.

So, go back to the basics. Build muscle, build strength with basic exercises with basic set and rep patterns, work hard, eat good, and eat big. Forget all the guys who exist in the internet. Go find a big guy and ask him what he does. Listen to him.

Steve Pulcinella knows. By 17, he had more muscle than most people have their whole lives.
