Welcome to another elitefts™ You Ask, We Answer with Dave Tate. Sheena Leedham, Content Coordinator of www.elitefts.com, sits down with Dave to ask your questions. The next topic covers hand position for deadlifts. Our first question comes from elitefts™ reader

Fred Dedrick . He asks, "What recommendations do you have for hand placement for the long-limb lifter?" Similarly, elitefts™ reader

Jonathan Bullman asks, "If I can only pronate the same hand when I deadlift (due to a wrist surgery) should I be concerned of developing an imbalance?"

Dave covers the placement of the hands in relation to limb length and body width. He also discusses the development of physical imbalances found in powerlifting and in other skill-specific sports.
