More Than Just a Seminar
This isn't just another seminar. This is a hands-on event designed to build Strength you can count on, grounded in Focus, Trust, and doing the work the right way. Our goal is to move beyond theory and get you on the floor, working with expert coaches who provide direct, practical feedback. You will learn the "why" behind elite strength and then immediately apply it, leaving with skills you can use in your very next training session.
The Foundation of True Strength
Before we dive into the squat, bench, and deadlift, we establish the fundamental mechanics that drive all real-world strength. Mastering these core concepts is the key to unlocking your potential and lifting safely for years to come.
-
Breathing and Bracing: This is the skill of creating immense internal pressure to protect your spine and stay tight and safe under a heavy load.
-
Foot Mechanics and Rooting: By learning to use your feet to grip the floor, you create the unshakable stability needed for a strong, consistent, and powerful lift.
- Simple Athlete Assessment: This quick and effective process helps you identify the single most important weak link in your technique, so you can stop guessing and start fixing what matters most.
With these foundational skills in place, you'll be ready to apply them to the primary lower-body lifts that form the core of Day 1.
