While this exercise is based off a basic lunge, I suggest you give it a try. This is a great exercise for athletes, especially wrestlers.

Start with a safety squat bar. Place the bar in the crook of your elbows. With the bar placed in this position, it is going to want to pull you forward. Stay upright by pulling your shoulders back. Step forward into a lunge position, push off, and return back to the start. You can do these in place, or walking forward for time or distance.
