Saturday, January 19, 2013 Josh McMillan: I have been eating pretty clean and getting my six to nine meals in (depending on whether it is a training or non-training day), and for the past three to four weeks I have not noticed any change in my weight or anything else. So, I decided to take a break this weekend (and only this weekend) from my normal protocol and revert back to my old 275-pound protocol. (Dave would be proud). So here was my Saturday morning breakfast...the "body shocker":

2 pieces of Pizza Hut pizza from the night before

AND

50 grams of whey protein

Once the carbs and sugars set in, I passed out on the couch for a nap—Carb Coma.

Then, on Sunday I ate little better, but I only ate food—no protein shakes or waxy maize. I am currently taking about five to six shakes a day (again, depending on whether it's a training or non-training day) and eating two meals, so this was a good change. However, after eating all of that junk, I am now ready to get back to my normal protocol.

Still, I think this needs to be done every so often.
