I think I've touched on this before, but I wanted to mention it again.

If any of the above are out of kilter, your results will be submaximal. This applies to any physical endeavor/sport.

What is optimal for each will vary quite a bit from individual to individual though, and will also vary at different points in time for the same individual.

Many people just focus on one, maybe two of these factors.

The ones that nail all three are the ones that win.

*Notes: - Training includes recovery. - Nutrition includes supplementation. - Hormones includes everything related to your endocrine system. - The magic three are inter-related. A change in one will cause a ripple effect to the other two.
