Yesterday was the UGSS with Wendler. I wasn't able to attend due to Lily's meet but I was able to make it back in time to see some of my friends and teammates that I don't get to see often. I'm still not doing much in regards to training but I did do a little benching and a lot of talking. It looked like everyone was enjoying the time together.
today was a good day!
