So after a slightly extended "Deload/ Washout cycle" (extra week long due to getting sick with the flu), I'm finally back to regular training and on my way to feeling back to normal!

[Top set @ 175-- still recovering from being sick, feeling really week/out of it]

Floor Press x1 @8, x5 @9 plus 2 down sets (load drop)

[Top set @ 165-- being conservative]


DB Bench x10 @6, x10 @7, x10 @8 plus 2 down sets (repeat)

[Top set with 45's]




Day 2
Squat w/belt x1 @8 80%x4x4 (-13%)

[Top set @ 315]


2" Deficit Conv. DL x4 @7, x4 @8, x4 @9 plus 1 down set (load drop)

GM (wide stance from pins) x10 @7, x10 @8, x10 @9 plus 1 down set (load drop)

Day 3

Day 4
Deadlift w/belt x1 @8 80%x4x4 (-13%)

[Top set @ 405-- almost feeling back to normal, still a little "sickly" but feeling much better]


Box Squat x1 @8, x4 @9 plus 2 down sets (load drop)***

[Top set @ 295 beltless, also forgot knee sleeves-- never done these before so technically a PR!]


Good Morning x8 @7, x8 @8, x8 @9 plus 1 down set (load drop)

[Top set @ 185-- stayed conservative because still feeling pretty run down from the flu]
