This was an awesome session. Lots of volume. Back keeps feeling more solid each day. I finally feel like I'm training for a meet. For the first time in a long time, I'm feeling strong.

Jess and I had another day off from school due to weather, so we got this one in early. I did not have any pre-training carbs because I had plenty the night before. However, I did have intra-training and post-training carbs. I know how much Rhodes loves me talking about my nutrition.

The intra is very important because this is a long day. It's the day when we dl first. However, because of my back, I am not loading my spine presently. So I kept with the unilateral bw work. I kept it pretty slow so Jess could finish her deadlifting without feeling like she was holding us up. When your wife is your training partner, you gotta keep her happy.

I'm glad I picked this day to start doing video again. Maybe video is the antecedent to a quality session. Interesting.
