Building, building, building..... After some distractions that forced me away from my training, I am so pleased to be back to the gym and focusing on rebuilding and shattering some very specific grip goals in late January 2016. I am eager to rebuild and continue moving forward with competing, being a business owner and enjoying the off season for my minions while they get back into the gym, work with their coaches and make every training day count.

I am not sure how I feel about things, just putting in work and grinding away each training day. I really do look forward to seeing something tangible to say, "Yes! I am kicking butt." This is part of the game, I know that and will continue to work and move forward.

Double Overhand Axle DL 135, 2x5 225, 1x3 245, 1x3 245, 1x3 270, 1x0 UUUGHHHH. This really needs to turn a corner soon, completely unacceptable.

DO Axle DL + Chains 225 + 35lbs chain, 1x3 225 + 35lbs chain, 3x2

Stretching and rubber bands.

I am missing a clear cut DL day. The next cycle I think I will add in heavy rack pulls to cover that piece. Of course, that's yet to be determined.
