Close grip incline
We decided to max out on these. We used a close grip and pause. I wanted 405
135 for 3 225 for 2 315 for 2 405 for a bad miss. Like a WTF miss. Not as strong as I think.
Strict db exts

Flys with a long stretch and pause in the bottom

Another good workout. I am in a good mode of solid work but not destroying myself either. All is well.
