I haven't deadlifted for awhile because my low back was bothering me from a few week stretch where I wasn't able to train but once or twice a week. My back tightened up and has been bugging me since then.
Deadlift: 135x3 Reps 225x2 Elitefts Average Bands on: 225x2 315x1 Elitefts light and average bands on: 315x1 365x1 405x1 455x1
225x10 (bands still on)
I could tell at the end my low back was going to give me some issues. To address this I have been doing 3x20 light reverse hypers and the beginning and end of my workouts and using the McGill big 3 as my warmup for squat and DL days.
