Since the Arnold I only took a couple of days off and have still been feeling really good. This was my first deadlift post meet.
Deadlift vs average band (kilo plates - so the weights are approx.) 135 x3 225x2 315x2 405x2 455x2 495x1 545x1 585x1 606x1 - as shown in video
The last couple were pretty heavy at the top. As the bar speed slows down, you can really feel the band tension add up. I like pulling vs bands a lot though, because it really forces you to get tight in your set up and pull fast.
