I'm currently preparing for the 2016 USS Strongman Nationals which will be held on June 11th, 2016. My training focus is to continue to get stronger and prepare and peak for the events at Nationals. I'm working with teammate Mike Mastell on my nutrition and programming.

I felt really good on this day. The fingal finger simulation felt really good. I've got my technique figured out pretty good. I do plan to travel to get my hands on an actual fingal finger implement between now and Nationals. The max distance Conan's wheel felt really good.

I typically dislike max distance carries, but I'm really liking the Conan's wheel. Stones went good. I tried to simulate the run for Nationals as close as I could in regards to stone weight and load height. No issues on these. Things are coming together pretty good.
