I wasn't able to make it in for an OHP workout this week but hit 525 for 3 sets of 5 on squats. The weight felt very easy but I could tell I was coming down with a pretty wicked cold. I literally hit my squats and got the fuck out. I intentionally skipped my OHP workout to try and get better before my trip to elitefts in a few days where I knew I was going to be pulling heavy.
