So I made my attempt at a full training session (and by fill session I mean main movement) with olympic lifting shoes. Lets just say those probably won't be getting used anymore. No matter how hard I tried I still got pushed forward and I actually failed to hit depth on my last two working sets (which really got me upset). It is two days later and I am still feeling the whole workout in my quads and barely anything in my posterior chain, lesson learned.

On a more exciting note, the session was brutal, as usual, and our intern fell out due to it. Now when I say fell out I don't mean just throw up, this dude had his soul being stocked from him. I have never seen a white person turn grey before in my life, eyes roll in the back of his head and came to blind as a bat! It was one of the most insane health situations I have seen develop and run its course ever. Thankfully we had two highly educated and experienced nurses present to aid him if anything went to a life threatening level. At the end of the day our intern PTFO and we now have something to remember him for.

He was not the only one who had a rough training session. everyone was struggling after our 3's week on 5/3/1, particularly when we all got to Bulgarian split squats. As you can see from the heading picture I too hit the floor and had to chill for a little bit so nothing came up.
